An item is missing from the consumables list. What should I do?
Only products listed on Medway Practice are available for ordering, with availability varying by state. If a product you’re looking for isn’t listed, it’s likely that we don’t offer it.
Please note additional information below:
Medical centres/Hospitals/Aged care facilities
- To request items not listed, please contact your MLO first for further advice.
- You can list additional items in the comments box in the consumables section. However, please note that not all requests can be accommodated, as approval is at the warehouse team’s discretion.

Collection Centres
- Please contact your Collection Lead first, as they can advise you on product availability.
- Non-stock items need to be ordered via P2P.
