Can I create multiple user accesses for a same account?
Medway Practice allows you to add multiple users under the same account. This is useful if you want different team members (e.g. doctors, nurses, collectors, or admin staff) to access and use the platform individually while sharing the same clinic account.
Where to manage users

To create or manage users:
- Navigate to the User management section from the left-hand menu.
- You’ll see a list of existing users and their roles (e.g., Admin, Collector).
How to add a new user

- Click on the “Add New User +” button in the top right.
- Fill in the required fields: User role (admin or staff), Email, first and last name. Only "admin" can add or remove other users from the account.
- Phone number is optional. If you are signing up for a doctor, you can also provide your doctor code and provider number.
- Click “Save user” to confirm.
Each user will then receive an invitation to log in with their own credentials.
