Can I have multiple addresses under the same account?
Yes. One Medway Practice account can include multiple delivery and billing addresses. This is useful if you manage more than one location.
How to add a new address

- Go to the Addresses tab in your account.
- Click Add new address.
- Complete the form and submit it.

What happens next
- The new address will appear in your address list with a Pending status.
- While pending, the address cannot be used for orders or courier requests.
- Once validated by our team, the address will become active.

When the address is active
After validation, the address will:
- Appear in the checkout address dropdown
- Be available in the Courier request form
