How can a Collection Lead edit an order?
To edit an order submitted by a Collector, simply:
- click on the link in the notification email or visit Medway Practice's backend - BigCommerce.
- Go to B2B > Orders.
- Select the order you want to modify. Click on the 3 dots (...) on the right end side of the order, and click Edit order.

- Ignore the pop-up and click Ok.

- Customer info: ignore this step and click Next.

- Items: Here you can:
- Add items via the search bar, entering the SKU or name of a product.
- Modify the quantity of a product.
- Remove a product via the three dots (...) under Action, on the right.

- Fulfillment: ignore this step and click Next.

- Payment: ignore this step and click Save. The status of the order is automatically updated to Awaiting fulfillment.
