How can a Collection Lead edit an order?

To edit an order submitted by a Collector, simply:

  1. click on the link in the notification email or visit Medway Practice's backend - BigCommerce.
  2. Go to B2B > Orders.
  3. Select the order you want to modify. Click on the 3 dots (...) on the right end side of the order, and click Edit order.


  1. Ignore the pop-up and click Ok.


  1. Customer info: ignore this step and click Next.


  1. Items: Here you can:


  • Add items via the search bar, entering the SKU or name of a product.
  • Modify the quantity of a product.
  • Remove a product via the three dots (...) under Action, on the right.


  1. Fulfillment: ignore this step and click Next.


  1. Payment: ignore this step and click Save. The status of the order is automatically updated to Awaiting fulfillment.
