How can Collectors sign up to Medway Practice?

An account has already been created on behalf of your ACC.

1. Simply visit https://practice.medway.com.au/ and click on Forgot my password?

2. Enter your ACC email address, solve the CAPTCHA and submit the form.

3. You will receive an email in your ACC inbox. Click on the resest link provided.

4. On the password reset page, create a new password and click continue.

5. Your password has now been reset. You can login using your ACC email address and newly created password on https://practice.medway.com.au/
