I can’t log in — what should I do?
If this is your first time using the platform, you’ll need to create an account first using the sign-up form. All new accounts require approval by our team before access to Medway Practice is granted.
If you have already signed up but are unable to log in, please try the following steps:
- Make sure you are using the individual email address you registered with, not a shared or general practice email address (if different).
- Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.
- Select Reset password to start the password recovery process. You should receive a reset email within a few minutes.

If you’re still unable to access your account after completing these steps, please contact support for further assistance.
