Some items are missing from my delivery. What should I do?

If you notice that one or more items are missing from your order, please email us at practice@medway.com.au as soon as possible.


In your email, include your order number and clearly list the item(s) missing so we can investigate quickly.


Our team will prioritise your request and work to resolve the issue without delay.
