Where can I see my scheduled pickup information?

If your practice receives regular courier visits, you can now view your scheduled pickup information directly in Medway Practice.

1. Navigate to the Courier tab.

2. Look for the Scheduled Pickups section at the top of the page.

3. Your scheduled courier information will be displayed in a card showing the pickup address, pickup days, and pickup time window.

Multiple addresses and pickups

If your account has access to multiple practice addresses, you will see one card per address. If an address has more than one scheduled pickup, multiple pickup schedules may be displayed.

Understanding the day indicators

The letters shown on each card represent the days of the week:

• M = Monday

• T = Tuesday

• W = Wednesday

• T = Thursday

• F = Friday

• S = Saturday

• S = Sunday

Highlighted days indicate when a courier is scheduled to visit that address.

Important information

The Scheduled Pickups section provides a reference to your standard courier schedule and is not updated in real time. This means special circumstances such as public holidays, route changes, or temporary service adjustments will not be reflected in the displayed schedule.

If you require an additional pickup outside your normal schedule, you can still submit a courier request through the Book a Courier section.
