Courier Express is a faster and even more convenient way to request a courier pickup directly from your phone (or computer) without needing to log in to Medway Practice.

Set up

To get started, go to the Addresses tab in Medway Practice and either:

• Scan the QR code displayed next to your address, or

• Open the link shown underneath the QR code in a separate tab

Courier form

The courier form will open in a new tab, and offer the same experience you are already used to in Medway Practice.

Note that the form’s address will be locked to the address you’ve scanned or open via the link: no dropdown.

Once your request has been submitted, you can continue to track its status from the same page. When you’re ready to place another request, simply refresh the screen to start a new submission.

This form uses a unique URL to identify authorised staff and enable courier requests. Please keep this URL confidential and do not share it with others.
